Pregnant before my IVF consult

Today I was supposed to have my first consult with a new fertility clinic for IVF but instead I am off to my obgyn because I got a positive test on Saturday. I'm terrified to say the least. We've had 2 early losses in 4 years so I'm freaking out.

LMP was 9/30

Ovulation was 10/18 on CD19

First hcg Quant on 13 dpo is 168.3

I'm praying and praying my hcg doubles.

I've had food cravings and aversions, sore breast, some cramping, horrible lower back pain, brushing my teeth makes me nauseated, and my sense of smell has increased.
