Bleeding for a month?!

I started depo exactly a month ago, and I've bled every day! At least one time a day for an hour or so. it's never enough to even use a tampon but if it's not blood then there is always brown discharge.. Sex is becoming virtually impossible at this moment and it's been frustrating! Anyone else have this problem with depo?

I never had a period on the depo but it gave me symptoms of being pregnant. I would wake up in the morning throwing up and feel nauseous all day after that and I couldn't eat, it also put weight on me. I would suggest getting off of it. I hated it.

I had no problems with the depo after my second shot, but I now have the nexplanon and I literally bled for a year. Now they've prescribed me estrogen along with my nexplanon and that helped.

I've been spotting for almost 3 months now every day. I thought it was just me! I talked to my doctor and this is how it went: 
Me: so I've been spotting everyday for over a month now
Doc: and?
Me: Is that normal? I did some research and it basically said to bring it up because it could be an issue.
Doc: usually you'll stop spotting after your third shot. You're fine. 
^^ I'm freaking out but my third shot is in March and hopefully she's right😬
