Successfully delayed ovulation?

I had unprotected sex 10/31. Tracking my ovulation I saw that when I took a test, the lines were getting darker and I don’t want to get pregnant this month because something personal is going on, so I took a plan b and today my test line was a lot lighter, I think it successfully delayed my ovulation, comments?

Answer

That’s not how these tests work. The color of the tests will fluctuate. The only line that matters is one that’s darker or as dark as the control line. As long as you weren’t ovulating when you took the plan b you should be good
