Back pain early pregnancy

Hello!

I recently found out that I’m pregnant. I think I am about 5 weeks or so. My doctor has been doing blood test to make sure my levels are doubling like they should, and so far they are. BUT I’ve been having really terrible back pain. It is mostly on my left side, and sometimes it feels like a burning sensation or like my back is numb. This is my second pregnancy. I didn’t get back pain with my first this early. Has anyone experienced this so early? I’m worried about having a miscarriage 😔 I’ll mention it to my doctor today, but I wanted to see if someone has experience the same.
