What is this

Question

Took my daughter to the doctor for this and they said shingles.  But she isn't in pain with it. Anyone seen anything like this?  All over the one leg and on her back.

That looks exactly like my sons eczema. When he gets a flare up, we use a steroid cream prescribed by his dermatologist and it clears right up! We did do all the allergy testing we could, but nothing came up. I changed detergents and now I bathe him with hypoallergenic soaps/shampoos etc. 
Heat will make things worse. It really does look like eczema to me! Lotion, lotion, lotion. Take a cooler bath and don’t dry her completely (leave skin damp) , put on thick hypoallergenic, I scented lotion (like Eucerin, look for dermatologist recommended seal) but don’t rub in completely. Put pajamas overtop. Really helps! Keep it hydrated. For this severe of a flare up, I recommend the dermatologist for a steroid. Good luck!
