Thoughts?

I’m 5 weeks from giving birth and the more I think about it, the scarier it sounds. I work from home and sit at my desk for 6-8 hours a day. Then when I get off I just want to relax and hangout on the couch, cook dinner and chill. So I’m really not on my feet moving around much. And I haven’t exercised much while I’ve been pregnant either. I’m scared this is going to make my laboring difficult. Any thoughts?
