Help me pick which bbt is more accurate?
Here’s my sleep last night:
11:47pm - 2:44am (36.31C)
2:45am - 6am (36.21C)
I’m an irregular sleeper so I track my bbt around 2ish am most of the nights, but my Apple Watch also recorded my temp as 36.19. Not sure if it matters but I got more deep sleep between the 12am-2:44am. Which one should I pick?
