Could I be having a girl?

Question

First baby I had severe sickness (girl) 
Second baby no sickness (boy)
Third baby I'm being sick at 7 weeks I'm thinking it could be a girl maybe

I had severe, all day nausea for half the pregnancy with my first two boys. 
No nausea with my third boy or my current pregnancy (a girl). 
Nausea was no indication of gender for me. My first two pregnancies were rough. My third was easy. My fourth has mostly been easy except for a period of 2nd tri migraines.

I've had hyperemesis gravidarum with all my pregnancies and I have 4 boys 1 girl lol

For me when pregnant with girls my nausea wasn’t fun at all. When pregnant with boys nausea was bad but manageable (compared to the girls) I’m having my third girl now
