I was given a pessary yesterday by the doctor and did it last night. Then this morning I put my finger in there to see if it spread out. But it was all still at the top so I moved the pill a bit down because I thought it would help it distribute. Then I took a nap and it looks like the whole pill just came out and basically all of it is all over my underwear. I’m not sure if that’s supposed to happen or if I’ve ruined it and should get another one. I’ve never done this one before. I’ve done the internal cream before so I thought it was going to be like that.

Should I redo it now or leave it awhile to see if it worked. Was it supposed to do that?
