Maternity Leave
I just checked with my company benefits team to help plan for next year. I just found out that our policy is changed for 2023.
Old policy: 6 weeks at 60% pay
New policy: 6-8 weeks short term disability at 100% pay, an additional 6 weeks bonding time, also at 100% pay.
I cried.
