Should I get a second opinion?

Nov. 4th: Gestational sac 5mm and measuring at only 5w2d instead of 6 weeks. No yolk sac could be seen. 
Doctor told me over the phone to start mentally preparing for a miscarriage. She still has me on baby aspirin, blood pressure meds, progesterone in oil, and an estradiol patch. Is this pregnancy a lost cause? Should I get a second opinion? I’m so confused and worried that little bean isn’t going to show the doctor what she needs to see by Friday. I am so scared to lose it.

I had spotting early and my first apt would of been like 4 almost 5 weeks pregnant all they could see if where the baby belonged and then a massive sub chorionic hemorrhage. They told me bluntly when bleeding starts again call back and that this pregnancy likely wouldn’t be viable. But they’d see me the following week. I sobbed the whole ride home. I’m currently 38 weeks. Don’t give up hope yet!! You’re still early

You could get a 2nd opinion but honestly at this point only time will tell. Nothing can be done at this point either way. I hope it works out for you.
