23 Weeks with Twins and Lots of Braxton Hicks?

Hi all- has anyone ever had Braxton Hicks at 23 weeks and if you time them they’re coming in pretty consistently? This is how my labor started with my 2nd son, and I had BH’s every 3-5 minutes for 2 days before actual labor started. I never noticed BH contractions before that in any of my pregnancies, and now that I am it’s making me nervous!!! If it continues I’ll obviously asked to be seen, but just need some sort of reassurance on this Sunday!

I started having them at about 16 weeks. Are you drinking at least 80oz of water?

I’ve had them early with every pregnancy (this is my fourth, hopefully third child) - I find that resting and/or drinking water helps immediately. Also if I need to pee, I start getting them as well. My first was born at 41+2 and my second at 40. But definitely bring it up to your OB if they’re that consistent.

I was having really close ones the other night, and I'm 23 weeks along. Mine were about a min and a half apart for an hour or two. The easier I take it, the less the contractions.

I had a lot of them from early on with my second baby and he was healthy born at 39 weeks. I would maybe mention to your doctor though because twins often come early.

I’ve had a few I’m only 20 weeks with one Bub. If your concerned get checked for sure if they’re not stopping I think if you drink some water and lay down they should stop.

I have them almost every night from 20 weeks on! With my first it was prob about 30 weeks when they started and then it got earlier each baby! I wouldn’t say they are consistent but I get multiple every night, and start getting them throughout the day too way before labor! I’ve always made it past my due date! I wouldn’t worry too much! Try some more water and electrolytes!
