First month charting
This is my first month of charting my bbt. I was wondering how it looks, also I’m curious if it’s normal to have a temp go up before period.
Today AF is supposed to come, but I usually get some sharp cramping first. I haven’t had that yet. I’m hoping it’s a good sign, but I don’t want to get too excited!
