Burning after pee- no UTI

Hello!

So I had some burning AFTER I peed after a night of drinking, figuring I was just dehydrated and drank water. My other symptoms were I haven’t pooped in like 3 days, took some stool softeners and Miralax and have been getting back on track, but the burning was still there.

Decided I’ll go get checked for a UTI just in case, was prescribed meds while they did a culture, culture came back negative and there’s still some burning. Now I’m not sure if it’s just in my head because I’m a hypochondriac or if there’s something else wrong.

If not a UTI, what else could it be, any ideas? Has this happened to anyone else? I’m going to wait a couple days and if gets worse or still burning, I’ll call my PCP for an appointment. Just asking opinions.
