Discharge Question

So the other night I had some kind of indigestion/allergy attack and coughed for hours (into yesterday).

In the middle of the night/morning I woke up to go pee and my underwear were almost soaked. I figured I peed while coughing and just changed and went to bed.

Yesterday I didn't feel anything like this.

Today, I was running a lot of errands and doing the grocery run, etc and when I went to the bathroom my underwear were almost soaked again and very sticky.

When I wipe it has a slight yellowish tinge. No itching, burning, etc. Maybe a little odor.

Does this sound like normal discharge/urine leaking? Or should I put a pad on and be on the lookout for more fluid just in case is amniotic fluid?

They told me a couple weeks ago I had low fluid and a low lying placenta so I'm a little on edge.
