Postpartum and teeth tips?
Hey guys, I’m looking for some advice. I was depressed during my pregnancy and I’m embarrassed but brushing my teeth wasn’t something I did often. At all. I was also throwing up most times I did, pregnancy wasn’t very easy😅 Anyways. Now that I’m postpartum I’m doing great mentally, but because of me not brushing my teeth I’m not only embarrassed by my teeth and really want to fix them, but I’m struggling to find the motivation to brush them. So, can y’all leave yalls teeth hacks and remedies in the comments? Maybe trying all yalls different suggestions can get my motivation going, and hopefully give me faster results!
