Not getting pregnant again

I had an miscarriage in June been trying when the dr say it was ok to start again but it’s been almost 4 months now and nothing I’m already on the same dose of letrozole. Any advice what I can do or should I just make an appointment to see why im not getting pregnant again cuz it took two months to get pregnant the first time
