My soon to be 3 year old has COVID. He’s been okay for the most part. His eyes/around them are red but he isn’t really congested or coughing. He’s had symptoms since 11/6. His main symptom is tiredness and fever around 102. This morning he started gagging, he was about to throw up. Has anyone experienced this with their kiddos? How long do the fevers last?

Edit: I have been keeping his fever down but when it comes back, that’s the range it’s in.
