Pcos and math

Everywhere I go they will not prescribe me nothing for my pcos. Either birth control or weight-loss . I am overweight I have bad periods with clotting that tend to last anywhere from 2 weeks to 5 months. My sugar is a little elevated but they claim not drastic and my cholesterol is super high. I was told metformin works for this but no one offers it for me and I am still trying to conceive. Anyone have any thoughts ? I’m tired of going through this. I was also told I am too fat too be getting pregnant and I have two kids and for both I was a over weight. I just got diagnosed with pcos in 2019. I am so stressed and lost.
