BBT first timer - help please 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Hello alll!
I have been tracking over last few months with opk’s but after a chemical and no success since I’m going to track my temps this cycle. I’m a little unsure how it all works and what it means/ what I should be looking for? Does the temp confirm ovulation or similar to opk just tells you a peak? Sorry I’m new to this and confused 🙈 wanting to make sure I get it right! Thanks so much in advance 💘💘💘
