Thoroughly confused

Went for my 7 week scan and as soon as the tech put the probe in I saw a flicker on the screen where the baby was, and to my surprise she said "sorry no heartbeat" she also said "nothing changed since last week" even though I saw the baby was bigger....she pulled the probe out sent me to a room where they told me to get a D&C...

And I was like....ok? Something just didn't feel right , so I went to a different office a few hours later and literally ...the tech saw the heartbeat, listened to it....and said the baby was measuring normally

Sadly this second place is just a private imaging place as not a doctor's office and most Drs. Are booked , not sure what to do....
