Help with OKP’s, please!

Hi ladies,

I am after some input on my opk’s. This is the first month of tracking ovulation, today I received my first positive opk. It was rated ‘high’ on the premom app …. Will I ovulate 12-36hrs from now and do I need to keep testing (twice a day?) until I get my peak?

My son who is 2yrs old was conceived 3yrs ago today via fertility treatment as I had PCOS but my PCOS is no longer (as confirmed via ultrasound and blood test) so I would be over the moon if it happened naturally for us ❤️
