Miscarrying?

I’m 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant. The day after I found out I started spotting. I’ve spotted pink on and off every day since then. I started having cramps within the past few days and last night they were like period cramps and I had a small gush of pink blood and then it stopped. This morning when I got up I had a slightly bigger gush of pink blood with the same cramps. I don’t have a car right now so I can’t get to the ER, my OB doesn’t have appointments for another month, and I already have two boys that I would have to make arrangements for. Should I go ahead and try to go to the ER? Does it sound like a potential miscarriage?
