Labor or Braxton-Hicks

The last 2 days I’ve been getting lag cramps ,abdominal cramps and strong contractions on and off threw out the day .. The worst is the lower belly pain .. it feels like I’m gonna start my period. I couldn’t sleep last night.. I have a ob appointment in the morning.. I’m only 33 weeks I’m hoping the labor process has started.. its been 10 years sense I last gave birth and a little rusty on how to pin point labor other then the contractions as I was induced with my other 2 . Never felt going into labor naturally. Any advice?
