Implantation..I think????

Im 2 days late today and 3 days ago I had went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was blood (assuming I started my period). So I put down a pad to make sure, but there wasn’t a whole lot and my underwear were red so I thought maybe I cut myself from shaving (but there was a bit more blood to have been just a cut). A few hours passed so I went to the bathroom and I noticed that there wasn’t a single drop and it completely stopped. Today I’m having cramping. They on and off and are a lot lighter than normal. Do you think it could have been implantation??
