I was diagnosed with PCOS & have been trying to conceive for 2 years. I was told to lose weight to have a better chance of conceiving , I lost 2 stone & got my first static smiley on a Clearblue ovulation test😀, my cycles have been non existent but I got a period in September & October which hasn’t happened in a long long time. I baby danced last night but now I’m sore & feel like I have a UTI coming on😭 will I have to baby dance again tonight or does anyone think Ill be okay after doing it last night & getting the positive ovulation test this morning🤞🏽
