At what age did you baby start to hold their own bottle?

My baby is almost 8 months old and I still hold her bottle for her? she will hold her bottle but as soon as I let go she let's it fall as well. I see 6 month old holding their own bottle so just curious

Our oldest never did. She was able to, but was pampered. Our youngest? Probably around 5 months.

Never. He loved us feeding him, though had no issues drinking water from his straw cup all by himself. And we stopped bottles at 13 months.

My oldest never cared to.
She had milk in a bottle for nighttime until 14-15 months and towards the end was the only time she would hold it her self.

It was 3-4 months. Is it that she doesn’t want to or is unable to? Sometimes my son doesn’t want to hold his either and he’s damn near one year lol. He just wants mama to rock him and hold it lol

My boy/girl twins just turned 6 months old and have just started. Sometimes they drop it yet, but they're coordination is getting better. They tried since 5 1/2 months but barely still working on it at 6 months, all babies are different tho.

My first born didn't like to hold his bottle. He is 4 now and a perfectly normal kid. My 8 month old will hold it with me but not on her own. As soon as I give it to her to hold on her own she holds it downwards so she just sucks air 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️. I'm not worried lol
