I’m not the best at tracking my bbt and to be honest I never get a positive peak opk, I never seem to catch it on time, it must happen so quick.

Last night I got a high opk, the lines were the same colour. I had major cramps and pelvic pain (I get this when I’m ovulating). My temp yesterday morning was 36.12, this morning it’s 36.41 and my opk is much lighter.

Did I ovulate throughout the night? Or will I ovulate today? I know it’s hard for you guys to tell I’m sorry, but does it sound like I have?
