First IUI 23million frozen

I’m going in for my first IUI next week. We’re in a unique situation and will only have this one shot with 23 million frozen sperm. If this doesn’t work, that’s it.

I’m nervous. I know it’s 1in5 chance it will be successful. But, I really hope it is 🙃

What can I do to make it more successful? I’m on Prenatal & Vitamin D my doctor wouldn’t put me on anything for fear of multiples.
