Late period?

Hi so question. I traveled home after finals week at uni(super stressful) and I was supposed to start my period the day I left but now I'm six days late. Have slight cramps but not actually starting. Sexually active the month before I left. Is there a possibility I could be pregnant? Or is it normal to be late after travelling?
