27 weeks cramping and hardening

Hello! Has anyone experienced bad cramps that last longer than 2 minutes at times, and their tummy gets really hard? I’m dealing with this on and off ALL day for now 2 days, but triage said it doesn’t sound like pre term labour and to monitor the pattern. But there isn’t a pattern time wise! Just sporadic really bad period type cramps where I’m like stunned and then they stop and I just have mild cramp pain until the next lol I get quite hard in the lower abdo too!!
