Abnormal bloodwork and anatomy scan

I had my anatomy scan a few weeks ago at 17w6d. The doctor said everything looked great, except the baby was measuring small around the stomach. He said the baby measured a little over the 10th percentile but they tend to only worry if it's less than that. I had bloodwork done the same day, the nurse said it was to check for down syndrome and things like that. She didn't give me the name of the test. I called a couple of weeks later and the nurse told me my bloodwork came back abnormal and they were referring me to a high risk doctor. I've been a wreck since I found out.. although I will love my baby the same either way. has anyone had any similar situations?
