10 weeks and bleeding

So while I was taking a bath I noticed the water was turning a weird color, I thought it was just my eyes seeing things. The water looked dirty yellow and I'm wondering what is happening. Then I see two small red pieces floating and I'm confused bc the towel is white. So I wipe and it's blood. At this point I'm freaking out bc wth why am I bleeding. I didn't bleed with my first so it scared me. I keep wiping and it's more and more bright red blood. So I put my clothes on and sit down to relax my mind and not panic. I go to pee and a small clot dros, a line of discharge comes out but it's bloody. I wipe it away and another small clot drops. I'm so scared. Has this happened to anyone??
