Irregular period after ectopic tube removal

I had an ectopic pregnancy in August that resulted in the loss of my right tube. My period returned end of September normal but pretty heavy. We started TTC again. I had a shorter cycle the second period about 23 days and then a super light short period. Then I got another period 2 weeks later. Not very heavy but it’s been about 10 days. And I only bleed until like 2pm and then nothing until the next morning. I am also passing quite a few clots. Nothing crazy just more than normal. Has anyone experienced anything similar? And had successful pregnancies? This will be my second baby and I didn’t struggle to get pregnant with my first (2 cycles) or the ectopic (2 cycles). I think I’m stressing myself out but I just want another baby so badly. Any help?
