Help Ned advice

I need some advice I'm 38 I ovulated on Saturday I've been spotting brown discharge only when I whiped after weeing very sore breast, bad cramps and nauseous since Tuesday and last night (Saturday) I started bleeding like my period has come (7 days early) I'm confused as the only symptoms I get before my period is bloating, mild cramps and headaches I really hoped I was pregnant but now I don't know been ttc for a year but had a 4 month break as busy with work anyone else had this
