Sushi?

Is it ok to have sushi? I know sushi with raw fish is a no. I was wondering if California rolls or tempura rolls are ok.

Yes that’s totally fine. Also, my doctor said if you are raw sushi often before pregnancy the risk is relatively low if it’s from a credible source. But if you didn’t eat it before don’t start when you’re pregnant. In other places of the world women don’t always stop eating it when pregnant because it’s a staple of their diet. But if it’s cooked there’s even way less risk

I honestly wouldn't eat raw fish. The bacteria in it could hurt you and your baby. If you want sushi have vegetarian rolls.

My doctor told me if you didn’t a good sushi place. Raw is fine because they flash freeze it for transport it and it kills anything bad. He is a top fertility doctor in my big city
