Ibs relief

I have ibs and lately the cramps have been atrocious! I will have bouts of diarrhea and constipation but everytime I get diarrhea the cramps kill me (I also get bad excess gas)! I mean it's worse then my period cramps and I don't know how to help them. Once I defecate it most of the time goes away for a bit but then it comes right back once I need to defecate again and I'm honestly so over it! Anyone got any remedies!? Ibsguard doesn't help for long for me.. I just want some relief 😭.. Any advice is appreciated!
