Miscarriage?

I am due July 12, so I’m on week 6. Last night went I went to the bathroom and I wiped it was a very very light pink. And today it is red and heavier than last night but not super heavy like a period. I am cramping, but have been cramping for a few weeks now. I had read that that usually meant the baby was growing how it was supposed to. Could it just be early pregnancy bleeding or is it more likely a miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage last july, and I am so afraid.
