Pain After Sex

So I’m just over 15 weeks pregnant with twins right now. My husband & I had sex last night and ever since I’ve been having shooting pains off & on throughout the day in the front of my pelvis. Not sure if I hurt my pelvic floor or if it’s causing more ligament pain issues? Anyone have this happen? Hoping it will fade with rest over the next couple days. If not I’ll reach out to my Ob. Not bleeding or anything, but not sure what the heck I/we did to it.
