When does everyone plan to wash thier newborn clothes?

I'm 6 weeks away from my due date and want to be semi prepared rather than rushing to sort things a few weeks prior to him getting here. 
What's everyone's plans or when have you pre washed all the newborn clothes?. I feel like I might be jumping the gun if I start now.

36 weeks here and I’ve had all of her clothes washed and put away since 32 weeks! No such thing as too early, you never know when baby is going to come and it’s better to be prepared than not!

I just hit 36 weeks and washed them at 34/35 weeks. Put them all away this week in her drawers 👶🏾
