Should I be concerned 5 weeks pregnant?

I’m 5 weeks pregnant and just had this whole wiping. It was just this one time and stopped and hasn’t come back. I am on progesterone suppositories and my husband and I did have sex last night if that matters. Should I be concerned??

Not really. Progesterone can cause cramping and spotting, but if you are still worried, it won't hurt to call your OB

I have quite a bit of bleeding when I have sex. It’s terrifying every time, even though I know it’s coming.

Most likely caused by sex. This would happen to me with my first so I avoided intimacy in the first trimester. Try to rest as much as you can. Lifting anything heavy, exercising or walking a lot or doing too much on your body can cause bleeding
