Which chart should I go by?

Question

Fertility friend says I ovulated on cd 18 based on my bbt. Glow says I ovulated on cd 17 probably based on me getting a peak opk that morning and getting my first positive opk the day before. Normally I would assume FF is correct but if I got a positive opk on cd 16 and a peak the morning of cd 17 wouldn’t it be more likely that I ovulated on cd 17?

Answer

Never trust the green bars and ovulation date on glow. It’s the estimated/predicted ovulation date they give you at the start of the cycle and it doesn’t update as you enter your temp data. 
If using glow you need to interpret the temps yourself
That’s why FF is better because it interprets for ya
