For the moms with IUGR babies… what was your outcome?

My baby was diagnosed with Intrauterine Growth Restriction (IUGR) at 29 weeks. She was always right on track with her growth until she wasn’t and dramatically dropped from 60th percentile to the 7th percentile. Now they are very closely monitoring her and I still don’t have many answers. 
I have gestational hypertension and believe this may be the cause. 
Can other moms who had babies with this tell me what happened in your situation?

When I was pregnant with my baby boy, we found out at 20 something weeks and we had to get a nst test done every 3 days and a ultrasound every week. I ate like crazy but he was gaining nothing. I ended up getting induced at 38 weeks and he was 6lbs 7 oz. So as long as the baby’s weight is growing some and you are keeping up with prenatals and nutrition. I wouldn’t worry as much.

Diagnosed at 36 weeks with IUGR and had chronic hypertension that was controlled on meds. Baby didn’t grow much between 32 and 26 weeks. She was measuring 15 percentile overall, but her abdomen specifically was only 3 percentile. I was induced at 37 weeks. She weighed 5lbs 14oz, no NICU time
