Mouse dropping!

Mamas, it is officially almost winter and we found mouse droppings. This morning getting ready for work our child was with me and playing on the floor. I look down and see mouse droppings right next to her. I immediately picked her up gave her a bath wiped out her mouth and am now currently panicking that she may have ate some without me seeing or touched her mouth. I am totally freaking out, one that we have a mouse and two worrying about our baby.

I lysoled the droppings and picked them up with gloves and a mask. But still. Should I be this worried? We have pest control coming…just didn’t know if someone has experienced anything similar.
