Some on here have been following along with my struggles with my husband.

He’s been none stop using divorce as an excuse to do unusual things to me.

He obtained an attorney, then said they worked to slow and went to another lawyer and had them draft up divorce papers again a months or two back..he showed me them in his email last night..but nothing has been filed…he then said he is printing them to bring to my attorney (without filing) which doesn’t sound right AT ALL, I told him I’m not signing ANYTHING…also what I found strange is that his attorney told him to put his house up for sale where me and the kids live and I made it super clear I didn’t want to change their surroundings on…school etc…(my name IS NOT ON THE HOUSE) then advised him to get his own rental only under his name without including me or informing me of it…he stated in the papers that we have been separated living at such and such date which is false…I’ve been sleeping on a couch for 6 months because I can’t stand being around his manipulative ways…my husband then went back on saying his lawyer told him to get a house without me..and said he got the house to have a place for us to live when the house sales…yet he said once the house sold he would get me and the kids a place to rent because the entire point of him selling his house was so he could afford two different households for a year…now it’s switching to “oh you need to live with me there for a year…to oh I’ll file divorce and then you can move out of my house into your own rental because if I do it before I file divorce then I can’t put it in the divorce plan…etc…to well now you have to make a choice to live with me or move back in with your parents…I didn’t abandon you…you chose not live with me…yet he got the house for himself and behind my back…well his house is now final on selling on December 14th…my kids and I have been abandoned by him and he didn’t financially help me with them at all since…he also keeps on and off showing up here saying he owns this house and I don’t do he can stay here all he wants though it causes issues and the point was to get away from one another , he bought me my own bed finally 4 days ago and I’ve slept in it twice since I got it because he insist on staying here and taking it over…it’s just a cheap simple bed because my backs been killing me from sleeping on a couch…and now I’m still stuck sleeping on a couch because he says he bought the bed so it’s his…but sleeping all over the bedding I bought for it…I can’t take this anymore…my parents live an hour away and my kids are already highly upset they have to leave their lives here…my husband also got his house 30 mins out of the way also knowing how badly I wanted to stay in this area! Any advice ? I do have an attorney but don’t have the funds to retain her…I’m waiting on him to serve me so I can borrow the money from my parents…

(Him and I agreed I be a stay at home mom for years , he is also in general against me working and doesn’t even allow me to see or talk to my friends because he assumes they are all bad people, yet he got his own business while we were together and I supported him and he runs off with his friends all the time)
