After care.
I was wondering what is the after care after a c section. I've seen a few people wear stomach band or something? Is that what your ment to do and does it help with the pain. I'm wanting to know as I've been told I will need one. I just want to be prepared as nobody has told me much of anything. Thank you in advance.
