Spotting??

3 weeks ago a guy and I tried unprotected sex. We just wanted to know how it feels like without a condom. He was in me for less than a minute I think. Then he put on a condom. But the sex back then was painful in general as well. I was quite dry and we didn’t have lube. He pointed out that there was some blood on his penis one time he pulled out.

Yesterday I thought I got my period, but it’s so light that I don’t even need a pad or tampon. I did a pregnancy test (one try) and it came out negative. I don’t want to be pregnant, but I’m still anxious that it’s a false negative.

Now I don’t know what to do. The bleeding came at around the time I’m expecting my period to come. I would get my self checked, but I’m living with my family right now and they’re so strict. I’m trying to devise a way to do this without them knowing, but I’d appreciate any advice (words of encouragement?) right now.
