Very confused?? Could I Be Pregnant?

Hello ladies. I am now two days late for my period. My PMS symptoms are very on point with pregnancy symptoms.

A few days ago I had some weird discharge:

So I ended up taking a pregnancy test which had a tiny tiny faint line. The next day (yesterday) I took another one and got this:

Definitely a faint line! I even took the test apart (after confirming the line) and it was there, pink and full. I thought it was so faint that I'd take another one today.

Well last night I started to spot some red blood. I am a heavy AF bleeder. I thought AF would for sure show up in full force this morning, but to my surprise, she didn't. And my pregnancy test was negative!

I am still having drops of blood, but none on my pad and none in the toilet. It's a little lighter than last night, even. Just a small amount when I wipe.

Has anyone had anything similar happen? Am I completely out for this month?
