Blister on thumb?

1.5 year old has large blister on their thumb. They are a thumb sucker but always have been and never had this issue. Should I be worried?

I have two thumb suckers they stopped around age 4 it did not affect their teeth and the blisters come and go never had issues with a infection with either child my 7 year old occasionally will put her thumb in her mouth at bed time.

Yeah you should get them out of that habit asap. Higher chance of infection if they keep sucking on it when it's trying to heal. Plus it's no good for the teeth. Maybe try to offer something else?? Pacifiers etc
