How far long ?

So I recently found out I was pregnant I went in for a ultra sound and there was no gestational sac in my uterus the doctors said they found some fluid I got my hcg back and it says it’s at 640 right now how far long would that make me ? Does anyone know why it wouldn’t be showing in my uterus ?i will put a picture of my ultra sound I circled around where the sac should be but it’s closed dated from my last period they said I should be 5 weeks and it might be too early but with my son he showed in my uterus at 3 weeks

No implantation, you should see a sac at 5 weeks with a yolk

This is a 5 week 1 day ultrasound. Beta levels much higher than 600. Typically they say you cannot see much until your levels reach over 1000 HCG. Unless you have signs of ectopic this is a waiting game. One week at a time! They should repeat the ultrasound in a week or two. Thinking positive thoughts ❤️

Please send a photo without the circle. Inside the circle you can not see anything at all. But where the circle is covering you can see something to the right a bit

Yeah if they can't see absolutely anything and your HCG is that low you are probably only a week or two pregnant if that, which is actually surprising that you have any HCG show up at all so it's going to be multiple weeks before you will be able to see anything. When was your last period?
